In our practice, we welcome both cosmetic and medical patients. Medical patients are those utilizing health insurance. New and established patients are encouraged to contact us through this page for non-urgent matters.
New medical patients must provide a referral (progress notes, insurance card, demographics, etc.) prior to scheduling.
