I had such a great experience for my erbium laser treatment! The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating from the moment I arrived. They prepped my face while I relaxed on the a comfy bed, and I actually ended up taking a 10-minute nap while the numbing cream set in. Dr. Lowe checked on me throughout the entire process and made me feel completely at ease. He walked me through everything and gave me plenty of helpful after-care tips. I truly felt cared for every step of the way. I can’t wait to see my results—highly recommend this office!
